  3. Once the contract is executed, we fund your project in a special "lock box" checking account that is in your company’s name and Tax ID, keeping your project's cash flow secure.
  4. We help manage the project accounting with you, removing headaches and letting you focus on what matters most, the work.
  5. The repayment schedule is aligned with the project payment timeline.
