Yes. Unless you have transcripts from another training program, you will need to start at the first level.

Your contractor pays for the program.

Apprentices attend school two nights a week.
Electrical and HVAC attend Tuesday/Thursday from 7:00pm - 10:00pm.
Carpentry, Plumbing, Sheet Metal, and Fire Sprinkler attend Monday/Wednesday from 7:00pm - 10:00pm.

ABC's apprenticeship classes are held at Hillsborough Community College (HCC) Dale Mabry's Campus and Sarasota Technical College(STC). These are ABC's programs we just utilizes their classrooms. All program questions should be directed to ABC.
